摘　　要：从古至今论述妇科瘕的病理特点为虚实夹杂 ,提出妇科瘕的论治特点为攻补兼施 ,认为妇科瘕的发生、发展与体质因素密切相关 ,治疗时应在疏导破瘀同时 ,充分考虑体质因素 ,使“扶正祛邪”这一古老的中医理论在妇科瘕的证治研究中得到新的阐发。In all ages, The medical dissertation about the pathological feature of the abdominal mass in gynecology is the mixture of deficiency and excess. And it's therapeutic feature is the use of counteracting and replenish. The generation and the development of the abdominal mass is closely in relation to the constitutional factor. So when we disperse blood stasis, we should sufficiently think about the constitutional factor at the same time, and then we can bitterly develop the theory of traditional Chinese medicine—Strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogen in the study of the abdominal mass in gynecology.
