摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病临床常见的并发症 ,其发病机理尚未完全明确 ,亦缺乏有效的治疗方法。有关学者长期以来致力于各种发病机理和治疗方法的探讨 ,疗效及其副作用褒贬不一。本文就近年来有关糖尿病周围神经病变治疗的研究情况进行简单回顾和评价 ,并就中医药治疗的思路作一初步探讨。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DNP) is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. Its pathogenic mechanism has yet to be completely defined and its various treatments are far from effectiveness. Studies on its pathogenic mechanism and efforts to search more effective management have been never ceased over a long period of time. There are some different opinions on the evaluation of its curative and side effects.\;This aricle intends to have a brief retrospective analysis on the study of DPN in recent years and give a prelimenary study on strategy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with traditional chinese herbs further.
