摘　　要：现代银行制度是现代银行业的发展方向。为了迎接 WTO的挑战,我们必须改革我国银行的产权制度,建立股份制银行体系。此外,还要努力发展全能型银行制度。Modern banking system is the developing direction of the modern banks.In order to meeting the challenge of the WTO, we must reform our property right so thatwe can establish a system of stock banks. In addition, we must make great efforts to devel-op the universal banking system.
