鸡源大肠杆菌对17种抗菌药的耐药性测定

摘　　要：对陕西省关中主要养鸡地区分离的20株致病性大肠杆菌进行17种抗菌药的药敏实验。结果表明，除氟哌酸（NOR）、头孢哌酮（CFP）和头孢三嗪（CRO）未产生耐药性外，分离菌株对其余14种抗菌药均有程度不同的耐药。红霉素（ERY）、苯唑青霉素（OXA）和头孢呋新（CFX）普遍产生耐药性。20株菌中有14种耐药谱型，多数为6重以上联合耐药。：A total of 20 isolates of Escherichia Coli were all resistance to 17 antibiotics to a greater or lesser degree except to NOR，CFP and CRO by antibiotic suscetibility test．The resistance rate to P－G，ERY，OXA and CFX were 100 percent．The isolates showed 14 resistant patterns that could be distinguished．Most isolates showed resistance to more than 6 kinds of multiple antibiotics．The results is quite reliable to select antibiotics in practice．
