鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒抗体快速检测方法的研究

摘　　要：采用Vero细胞繁殖鸡法氏囊病毒（Infections Bursal Disease Virus，IBDV），并用PEG方法提纯病毒制备抗原。应用抗鸡血清IgG重链单克隆抗体酶标结合物作为第二抗体，用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测鸡血清中的法氏囊病毒抗体，较好地克服了非特异反应问题，该方法简便、快速和特异性好，有较大的推广应用价值。：In this study Infections Bursal Disease Virus（IBDV）were expanded in Vero cell cultures，then the IBDV preparation as the antigen was purified using PEG method．By means of the horseradish peoxidase（HRP）－labelled monoclonal antibody against heavy chain of chicken Serum IgG as the second antibody，the Sandwich enzyml linked immunoserbent assay（Sandwich ELISA）was established to detect the antibody of IBDV in chicken Serum without nonspecific reactions．Our experimental results demonstnated that the Sandwich ELISA that we established is simple，sensitive，rapid and specific for the detecting the antibody of IBDV in chicken sera，and it suggested that the fast detection have good potential for extended use．
