摘  要:对江苏、安徽 2疫区的黑松、赤松、马尾松、火炬松、湿地松等 5个树种松材线虫病 Bursaphe-lenchus xylophilus的病、健木 p H值差异性分析结果表明 :感病品种黑松、赤松、马尾松病木 p H值降低 ,且差异显著 ;较抗病的湿地松虽然也降低 ,但差异不显著 ;抗病性强的火炬松病木 p H值反而高于健木 ,且差异显著。由此可见 ,不同松树品种松材线虫病的病、健木 p H值的差异性也不同 ,对松材线虫越敏感和受害越严重的 ,其病木 p H值降低的就越多 ,与健木 p H值差异就越显著。该分析结果初步为我国松材线虫为害比较严重的几种主要松树品种 。An analysis on the difference of pH value between healthy and pine wilt diseased woods, which include Pinus thunbergii, Pinus densiflora, Pinus massoniana, Pinus taeda, Pinus elliottii from two epidemic areas in Jiangsu and Anhui has been completed. P. thunbergii, P. densiflora , and P. massoniana are susceptible to pine wilt disease, the pH in the diseased woods are declining, and the difference of pH between healthy and diseased woods were significant. With a low level of disease resistance, although the pH in diseased wood of P. elliottii also decreased, the difference of pH between healthy and diseased woods was not significant. P. taeda with disease resistance, the pH in the diseased wood is rising, but the difference of pH between healthy and diseased woods was significant too. Thus it can be seen that the difference of pH between healthy and diseased woods was varied with different pine varieties. The result of this analysis provides evidence for a special indicator to be used in rapid quarantine inspection.
