抗传染性喉气管炎病毒中药的筛选试验

摘　　要：本文用细胞培养法、鸡胚培养法对 42种中药进行抗传染性喉气管炎病毒的筛选试验。通过细胞病变 ( CPE)抑制试验对 42种中药进行初步筛选 ,结果发现石榴皮等 5种中药有抑制 CPE的作用。培养细胞有 2 0 %的细胞发生病变 ,认为这些中药有抗 ILTV的作用 ;应用空斑形成抑制试验对 5种抗 ILTV中药进行复筛 ,结果表明 5种中药均有不同程度的抑制病毒空斑形成作用。其中以石榴皮等 2种中药作用较强 ,空斑形成抑制率可达 98%以上 ;应用鸡胚培养法对 5种中药进行抗 ILTV试验 ,结果发现 5种中药均显著地减少了鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上的痘疱 ,其中以石榴皮等 2种中药抑制痘疱形成的强度最高 ;通过不同加药时间 ,观察 CPE抑制情况。结果表明 ,在接毒前 48h给药有 2种中药具明显的抑制 CPE。接毒同时加药以及接毒后 1 h加药 ,这 5种中药均呈现明显的抑制 CPE。Experiment against ILTV was carried out by cell culture on 42 Chinese medicinal herbs,the results showed as below:Initial selection from 42 Chinese medicinal herbs by CPE inhibition assay showed that only 5 Chinese medicinal herbs had the obvious effect on ILTV.Further selection from the five Chinese medicinal herbs by plaque forming experiment showed that they all could inhibit the forming of the virus plaque in which shi liupi had more obvious effects.Experiment against ILTV by chicken embryo culture showed that the five kinds of herbs all decreased the smallpox on the urinary vesicle membrane in which shi liupi had most intensity.Different treating time had different effects on CEP inhibition,such as when treating 48 hours before planting ILTV in cell monolayer there were 2 herbs which had significant inhibition effect.
