摘　　要：短时预报的重点是中尺度系统所反映的强对流天气,针对这种天气的特点,为解决定点、定时、定量预报和快速传递的要求,我们研制了“江苏省强对流天气短时预报系统”,其设计思想是将探测、预报、通讯和服务作为一个技术总体来考虑,在现有的气象技术设备条件下,和以往积累的大量短时预报经验基础上,应用计算机技术,建立了多个功能模块和分系统,最后组合成一个业务系统。这既符合我国的国情和技术发展的现状,又具有一定的预报水平和业务化能力。在业务中投入试验证明该系统既实用又具有速度快、操作简便、预报结论客观化的特点,是省级气象台预报业务现代化的重要组成部分。The focus of short-time forecast is severe convective weather shown bymesos-cale weather system. To point such weather features, We have set a Short-range time Forecasting System of Jiangsu province in order to fix point, fix time,fix quantity and to pass at high speed. Detection, forecast, communication and service are treated as the total in technology. With the modern meteorological technical sguipt ion and a lot of accmulated short-time forecasting experience, and using computer technology, we have set up a system made up of quite a fen module and subsystem. By experements in business its shoun that this system is doted for its high speech, simple and convenient manipulation, and objective forecast.
