摘　　要：本文分析了采用挤压式模具时 ,聚乙烯溶体在挤塑机机头中的流动情况 ,并根据实验数据提出了高速挤出时熔体的流动模型 ,分析了影响机头表压及绝缘芯线表面光滑程度的材料自身参数 ,为工业生产提供可行的控制指标。The flow of PE melt in the cross head of extruder using pressure dies is analyzed. A flow model for PE melt during high speed extrusion is presented based on the experimental data. The parameters of the material itself affecting the pressure of dies and the surface smoothness of insulated wires are analyzed in order to provide feasible control data for industrial production.
