摘　　要：针对我国电力系统目前实行的操作管理制度及变电站综合自动化系统存在的缺点 ,提出了采用现场总线的微机综合操作系统符合我国的操作管理制度 ,并提出了硬件和软件的设计方案。In view of managing system of power system in our country at present and shortcoming of substation integrated automation, a kind of computer integrated operation system is presented. It meets with managing system of power enterprises. The paper puts forward a design of hardware and software, too.
