摘  要:鹤岗电厂300MW汽轮机在大修时发现低压转子35级次末级叶片围带有裂纹,而同为次末级的28级却未发现裂纹。更换35级有裂纹的围带后对汽轮机进行叶片频率试验,经对35级叶片围带进行调整,调整后其叶片频谱与28级基本一致,从而保证了机组运行的安全性。Cracks were indentified in the vane wrapping strip at the second last stage of35stage low pressure rotor,but not at the second last stage of28stage rotor,during the major overhaul of300MW turbine generator at Hegang Power Plant.With the cracked wrapping strip replaced on the35stage rotor,frequency test was run with the turbine vanes,and the vane wrapping strip was adjusted according to the test results on the35stage rotor so that the frequency spectrum of its vanes was basically in agreement with that of28stage rotor,thereby making the operation of generating set safe.
