摘 要:双电层电容器 (EDLC)是一种介于化学电源和静电电容器之间的新型储能元件 ,它有着比化学电源高出 10倍以上的功率密度 ,可与化学电源联用而组成未来电动汽车的混合动力系统。研制了圆柱形EDLC ,并测定了其在不同温度下的各种性能。实验研究结果表明 ,电容器的容量随着温度的升高线性增加 ,等效串联内阻随温度变化不大 ,漏电却随温度升高而增大。电容器的容量也与充放电电流密度有关 ,在一定电流密度范围内二者呈半对数关系。通过数千次的循环充放电可以看出 ,电容器的容量并没有较大的变化。An Electric Double Layer Capacitor(EDLC) was a new type of energy storage component between battery and electrostatic capacitor. The research of EDLC was a hot point in recent years because EDLCs were promising hybrid power sources for the future Electric Vehicles. Cylindrical EDLC was assembled and its performance at different temperature were measured. With the experiment, we know that EDLC capacity enhanced with the increase of temperature linearly, the equivalent series resistance (ESR) changed smaller compared to the capacitance, but the leakage current increased with temperature. Different capacity was acquired with dif ferent charge/discharge current value. In some current density range, the capacity changed with current density semilogarithmicly. The cycle life of the capacitor was also tested and its capacity didnt change very much in several thousand cycles.
