摘  要:研究了用碱裂解法从Saccharomycescerevisiae中制备葡聚糖的方法 ,并通过红外光谱检测证明得到的产品主要是β (1→ 3) D 葡聚糖。葡聚糖作为诱导剂处理黄瓜种子 ,可使黄瓜植株产生对灰霉病的抗性 ,5 0 0mg/L和 10 0 0mg/L处理后 14d的植株病叶率分别比对照下降了 37 9~ 5 7 9和 38 4~ 5 9 0个百分点 ,相对免疫效果分别为 80 0 %~ 90 0 %和 80 2 %~ 92 1% ;诱导处理 14d后 ,植株病叶率升高 。The preparation of β (1→3) glucan by the alkalilysis method from Saccharomyces cerevisiae was studied in this paper.It was indicated that β (1→3) glucan was the major component of the acquired products by IR analysis.It could make the cucumber plants resistance to B.cinerea when used for seed soaking.The plants resistance could be maintained for 14 days.The rates of the diseased leaf of the plants induced with 500 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L glucan were 37 9%-57 9% and 38 4%-59 0% lower than that of the control,respectively.The relative immunization efficiencies were 75 0%-90 9% and 77 5%-92 1%,respectively.
