摘 要:目的 提高植骨融合率 ,缩短腰椎不稳症患者康复时间。方法 对 18例腰椎滑移、椎间隙狭窄症等腰椎不稳患者采用椎体间撑开、TFC植入和 (或 )节段性内固定。结果 术后经 6~ 18个月随访 ,全部病例术后症状改善 ,临床疗效优良率 94 4% ,骨融合率 10 0 % ,无神经损伤及切口感染。结论 TFC融合技术可恢复椎间隙高度、治疗下腰椎不稳 ,是一种使不稳椎节达到早期融合的可靠、有效方法 。Objective To treat lower lumbar instability by posterior lumbar interbody fusion with posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF) cage to improve the success rate of osteosis fusion and reduce the rehabilitation period. Methods Lumbar interbody fusions with threaded fusion cage (TFC) were performed in 18 patients with spondlolisthesis and interbody narrow lumbar instability, TFC implants alone and (or) pluses posterior fixation instrument. Results After follow up for 6~18 months, it is found that clinical symptoms of 18 patientis were improved to different degree, the satisfactory rate was 94 4%, the bone union rate was 100%. no patient was complicated with infection of surgical wound and dysfunction of peripheral nerves. Conclusion PLIF technique is a reliable and effective method for recovering the height of interbody curing lower lumbar instability and gain early osteosis fusion for the instable interbody, but one must avoid nerve injury and value indications strictly.
