摘　　要：目的　探讨骨水泥充填固定老年人桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床价值。方法　采用切开复位、骨水泥髓腔内充填固定、术后不作任何外固定、早期功能锻炼的方法治疗老年人桡骨远端不稳定性骨折 10例。结果　平均随访 11个月 ,按Dienst功能评估标准 :优 8例 ,良 2例。X线片见骨折移位得到较满意矫正 ,骨折愈合良好 ,无骨不愈合或骨缺血性坏死。Objective To study the clinical value of the fixation with bone cement for unstable distal radial fractures in the elderly.Methods 10 cases of the fractures in the elderly were treated with open reduction, intramedullary fixation with bone cement and early functional training and without external fixation after operation. Results According to the criterion of Dienst, 8 patients had an exellent result, 2 good after follow up for 11 months on average. Radiography showed that the displacement of fractures were reduced satisfactorily, all patients healed, and no faulty union or osteonecrosis occurred.Conclusion\ The intramedullary fixation with bone cement is one of the methods for any type of unstable distal radial fractures in the elderly.
