摘　　要：本文主要介绍基于 G.72 3.1语音压缩的语音网络传输系统中 ,编码器以帧为处理单位对语音及其它音频信号进行处理时 。This paper briefly introduces a reconstruction algorithm of the lost speech packets to improve voice quality when the coder encodes speech or other audio signals in frames in the audio transmission system based on the G.723 coder.
