摘　　要：介绍了研制中的基于VXI总线技术组建的电路板故障诊断系统 ,并就其硬件和软件的组成进行较为详细的探讨。针对待测电路板许多属于数模混合类型 ,作为软件核心部分的测试诊断数据库的建立采用了离散事件系统法。A developing fault diagnosis system based on VXI bus for PCBs is introduced,then the structures of its firmware and software are discussed in detail.Because many of circuit board under test are mixed signal type,the diagnostics database,which is the core of the software,is built by a method,namely Discrete Event Systems theory.
