摘　　要：介绍了城市排水泵站远程数据监测系统的层次结构和软件设计、基于Delphi的串口通信控件CommPortDriver的应用编程和Modem远程通信类的设计实现 ,以及在武汉市城市排水泵站中的实际应用。This article introduces the layer structure, software design, the CommPortDriver serial communication component programming and Modem remote communication designing of pump-station remote date monitoring system and the application in the Wuhan Pump-station.
