摘　　要：管理信息系统软件体系结构的设计需要良好的设计模式来保障系统的开放性、可扩展性和系统的持续发展。合约的概念来源于社会、经济系统,是区别和联系社会、经济单元的基本准则。文章把合约的概念用于抽象管理信息系统软件体系结构,作为划分和联结系统部件的原则和方法。使管理信息系统的体系结构具有更加丰富的语意,缩短了问题领域和求解软件系统之间的距离,方便和简化了管理信息系统软件体系结构的设计,在开发实践中证明,这种设计模式可以有效地保证管理信息系统的开放性、扩展性和不断发展的增殖性。MIS software needs well-designed architecture to keep system's openness,scalable,reuse and continuing de-velopment.The concept of contract comes from the social and economic system,used to distinguish and connect each u-nit of these systems.This paper uses the concept of contract as a fundamental rule in the process of MIS software ar-chitecture's abstraction.That makes MIS software architecture richer in semantic,and shorten the distance between prob-lem domain and result software system.The practice has proved that this pattern can effectively guarantee the openness,expendable and system continuing development.
