摘　　要：高分子电阻型湿度传感器是一种有着广泛应用前景的新型湿度传感器 ,在研究过程中 ,对于其关键特性———复阻抗的测量一直缺乏一套行之有效的方法。提出了一套有效的阻抗测量方法 ,并在实际使用过程中收到了很好的效果 ,特别是对于传感器低湿情况下高阻抗的测量 ,效果尤为明显。The molecule resistance humidity sensor is a new one with abroad application foreground,in the process of research, about its key characteristic-double impedance there is lack of effective way to measure.This paper brings forward an idea to measure double impedance and gets good effect in the course of practice use,especially when measuring the high impedance,thus the method can be used to ensure the double impedance of the sensor in the low-humidity-environment.
