摘　　要：针对国内某中板厂 2 80 0中厚板轧机压下螺母、螺丝及止推轴承磨损严重等问题进行了调查研究 ,应用“双球铰理论”找出磨损问题关键所在 ,提出了改进方法 。This article presents 'a double spherical hinge idea'based on an investigation and analysis to the serious abrasive problem which happens between screw down nuts, screws and thrust bearings in a 2800mm plate mill.By using this idea and with the corresponding improvement, the problem has been successfully solved, which provides a valuable reference for preventing similar problem from happening.
