摘　　要：结合 1 70 0 0 k N× 3 0 0 0 mm上辊万能式卷板机数控系统的研制与开发 ,提出了大型卷板设备数控系统的设计方案 ,介绍了其各个功能模块和硬件选型 ,进行了上位机系统软件和下位机控制软件的设计开发 ,并介绍了系统时钟设置、上下位机实时通讯、视频显示功能集成、系统抗冲击能力等几项单元技术。Combining the research and development of NC system for 17000kN×3000mm movable upper roller bending machine, a system plan is provided and the functional modules and hardware selection are introduced in detail. The system software on top level and the software for controller are developed And some unit techniques in the plan such as timer setting, communication between system and controller, video integration, and the ability of resisting impact force are introduced.
