空拔管成型过程的非线性有限元分析

摘　　要：采用弹塑性大变形与接触非线性有限元法 ,视模具为弹性体 ,真实地模拟了管材从锥模拔出的过程。数值计算结果给出了管材在不同的拔制阶段的应变与应力分布。根据稳定拔制阶段的轴向应力分布计算了拔制力 。The forming process of the non mandrel pipe is simulated by non linear finite element,considering the model as elastomer.The distributions of the strain and the stress of the pipe are obtained by the numerical computation.The discussion in the article is helpful to the engineering practice.
