摘　　要：简要回顾了15年来作者在糖为手性源合成天然产物,尤其是一系列高生物活性脂链化合物方面所取得的进展,以及其中合成策略和合成方法学方面的一些新结果.This paper outlines the progress contributed from authors' laboratory in the total synthesis of natural products, especially the synthesis of highly bioactive acyclic compounds using carbohydrate as chiralpool. In addition some new results on the synthetic strategy and methodology applied in these syntheses were also mentioned.
