摘 要:以固体超强酸 Zr O2 - SO2 -4 为催化剂合成了α-萘乙酸甲酯。制备催化剂的最佳制备条件 :Zr OCl2 · 8H2 O水溶液 ,以氨水作沉淀剂 ,沉淀干燥后以 0 .75 mol/L硫酸溶液浸渍 ,再于 65 0°C下焙烧 4h。α-萘乙酸甲酯的最佳制备条件为 :催化剂用量为 6% ,醇酸比为 2 0∶ 1 ,反应 4h,产品收率可达 95 %。催化剂可多次重复使用 ,且最优条件重现性好。Methyl α naphthylacetate was synthesized with solid super acid catalyst ZrO 2 SO 2- 4. The optimum preparation conditions for the catlyst were: sediment obtained by adding ammonia water into ZrOCl 2·8H 2O solution was dried and then impregnated with 0.75 mol/L H 2SO 4, calcined 4 hours at 650 °C. The optimum preparation conditions for methyl α naphthylacetate were: catalyst was 6% of the total mass of reactants, mass ratio of alcohol to acid was 20∶1, reaction time was 4 hour. The yield of methyl α naphthylacetate was 95%. The catalyst could be used several times without regeneration and repeatability of the optimum condition was good.
