巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的酯交换反应及结构表征

摘　　要：研究了对甲苯磺酸催化剂存在下仲丁醇与巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的酯交换反应。结果表明 :0 .1mol巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与 0 .5 mol仲丁醇在 85～ 90℃下 ,反应 15 h,无催化剂存在时主要生成巯丙基二甲氧基仲丁氧基硅烷和巯丙基甲氧基二仲丁氧基硅烷 ,而当催化剂质量分数为 0 .4%时得到巯丙基三仲丁氧基硅烷 ,转化率在The transesterification was studied by reaction of secondary butyl alcohol with mercaptopropyltrimethoxy silane in the presence of para-tolulene sulfonic acid. The results showed that mercaptopropyldimethoxy sec-butoxy silane is mainly produced by the reaction of 0. 1mol mercapto-propyltrimethoxy silane with 0.5mol sec-butyl alcohol at 85 [similar to] 90°C for 15 h in the absence of the catalyst. By contrast to the presence of 0.40% para-tolulene sulfonic acid, the main product mercaptopropyl tri-sec-butoxy silane was obtained in the conversion rate of over 98%.
