摘 要:研究了用催化精馏工艺由环氧丙烷和甲醇合成 2 -羟丙基甲醚的方法。建立了动力学模型。通过ASPEN PL US对体系物性数据进行模拟估算。并通过过程模拟和实验对催化精馏塔的工艺条件进行了研究 ,主要讨论了不同操作压力下的单位催化剂的最大处理量、进料醇烷比 (摩尔比 ,下同 )、回流量 L与进料关键组分流量 FPO之比 (摩尔比 ,下同 )对选择性的影响 。The production of 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol by the catalytic reaction in a rectification column was disserated in this paper. The kinetics for 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol in the presence of the catalyst UL301 were determined experimentally in a batch reactor. The property data were estimated by AS-PENPLUS. Based on the results of computer simulations of synthesis of 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol in a catalytic distillation column, optimum operating conditions were given. The catalytic capability under the different reaction operating pressure and the effect of reactant ratio to catalyst's selectivity were discussed. The values of reflux ratio, pressure and a serial of operating parameters were also determined by experiments.
