摘 要:提出了测定安乃近的FI AAS分析新方法。此法基于在适当酸度条件下安乃近将Cu2 +还原为Cu+,新生成的Cu+与SCN- 生成沉淀 ,经流动注射在线过滤稀释 ,以AAS法测定反应后剩余Cu2 +的量来间接测定安乃近的含量。安乃近的浓度在 2~ 1 0 0mg/L范围内与吸收值呈良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 97 0 %~ 1 0 2 5 % ,采样频率为 1 0 0次A simple, rapid and selective method for determination of analgin was developed. Analgin could react with Cu 2+ and SCN - to form precipitate quantitatively. The amount of residual Cu 2+ was determined by flow injection on line filtration dilution atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of analgin was then determined indirectly. The linear range is 2~100 μg/mL with recovery of 97 0%~101 7% and sampling frequency of 100 h -1 . The method was applied to determine analgin in samples with satisfactory results.
