育肥羔羊消化道容积及禁食24小时后的内容物分布

摘　　要：从采食 4种配比高精料全饲粮颗粒料的 4 0只育肥羔羊中 ,选择期末活重近组均值的 16只(每处理组公、羯羔各 2只 ) ,禁食 2 4小时后屠宰 ,测定其消化道各部位容积和内容物重。结果表明 ,采食含菜籽粕饲粮 (B2 )羔羊的瘤网 -胃容积〔 %活重 (LW )〕和胃总容积 (%胃肠总容积 )显著大于喂含大豆粕饲粮 (B1)的羔羊组 (P =0 0 39和P =0 0 11) ,后者的小肠容积〔 %LW或 %胃肠总容积〕显著大于前者 (P =0 0 2 3)或有大于前者的趋势 (P =0 0 5 8) ;B2可发酵部位容积也显著大于B1(P =0 0 17) ;羯羔 (C2 )的瓣胃容积 (%胃肠总容积或 %LW )显著大于 (P =0 0 2 3)或有大于公羔的趋势 (P =0 0 64) ;B2胃内容物重〔g/kg空体重 (EBW )〕有大于B1的趋势 (P =0 15 6) ;公羔肠内容物也高于羯羔 (P =0 0 5 7)。Forty lambs were divided into four groups and fed with four high concentrate complete diets pelleted for fifty days respectively.Four lambs (2 rams and 2 wethers)were selected from each group in the end of trial,and slaughtered after fasting 24 hours.Then the gastrointestinal volume and content weights in different sections of the tract were measured.The results indicate that the volume of reticulo-rumen(% liveweight)and total volume of stomach(% volume of the tract)for lamb groups fed with the diets containing rapeseed meal was bigger significantly than that of lambs in the groups fed with diets containing soybean meal( P =0 039 and P =0 011),but volume of small intestine (% volume of the tract) for the latter was larger significantly than the former( P =0 023);Volume of omasum of the wethers was higher than that of rams( P =0 023).The weight of content (g/kgEBW) in large and small intestines for rams was bigger than that of wethers ( P =0 057).
