在夏季应用氯前列烯醇诱导黄淮山羊发情的效果

摘　　要：选择 1～ 5岁繁殖正常、体况中等的黄淮山羊母羊 2 72只 ,根据年龄和胎次均衡原则按 2× 2× 4试验设计方案分组 ,主要比较在夏季肌肉注射和子宫内注入、一次应用与两次应用以及 4种氯前列烯醇应用剂量的诱导发情效果。结果表明 ,肌肉注射或子宫内注入氯前列烯醇均可诱导5 5 30 %山羊、平均在处理后 5 9 5 0h± 4 2 3h发情 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而对照组试验期间无一只发情。一次处理与间隔 9～ 12天二次处理的山羊发情率和异常发情率差异显著 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) )。二次处理的发情率比一次处理高 2 2 30 % ,且异常发情率较低。肌肉注射二次氯前列烯醇的羊在处理后 96小时内发情率达 87 0 % ,优于肌肉注射一次和宫内一次注入甚至二次注入的效果。在处理次数相同的条件下 ,发情间隔时间随剂量增加而下降。综合分析诱导发情的效果 ,认为最好的处理方式和剂量为二次处理 ,即在先肌肉注射 0 15mg/只或宫内注入 0 0 5mg/只 ,间隔 9～ 12天后再肌肉注射 0 10mg/只。A total of 287 Huanghuai does with normal fertility and body condition at age of 1 to 5,were divided into several groups according to balance of their age and parity on the basis of 2×2×4 experiment design,to make comparison of synchronous estrus effects between mucular injection (im)and uterine infusion (iu),between one im or iu and twice im or iu in 4 doseges of cloprostenol.The results indicated that 55 3% of does were induced estrus averagely at 59 50 h±4 34 h after treatment( P >0 05).No does were observed in heat in control group during experiment.Significant difference was observed in synchronous estrus rate and abnormal estrus rate between once and twice treatments at 9 to 12 d intervals ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Twice treatments exhibited 22 3% greater synchronous estrus rate and less abnormal estrus rate than once treatment.Under the same treatment,estrus interval increase as the decreases of cloprostenol dosage.
