摘 要:试验选择4头三锯梅花鹿 ,按4×4拉丁方设计 ,进行了氮平衡试验。研究了日粮蛋白质水平对氮消化与沉积规律及血液某些相关指标的影响。结果表明 ,随着日粮蛋白质水平的提高 ,氮的进食量显著增加 ;氮的表观消化率、氮沉积量也显著增加。随着食入氮量的提高 ,血清尿素氮浓度直线上升。In a 4×4 Latin square experiment design,nitrogen balance trials were conducted.The results showed as follows:(1)Increasing dietary protein level(8%,12%,16%,20%) resulted in significantly increased N intake and apparent N digestibility .The relationship between N intake and N digestibility was:N digestibility(%)=42.164+0.5144N intake(g/d),(r=0.9566,n=16);(2)As dietary protein level increased,the urinary N excretion increased significantly(P<0.01),and the N deposition also increased.The linear relationship between N intake and N deposition was significant:N deposition(g/d)=1.965+0.1998 N intake(g/d),(r=0.9169,n=16);(3)Dietary protein level had significant effects on serum urea N(P<0.01).As N intake increased, concentrations of serum urea N increased with a positive linear regression:SUN(mg/100ml)=0.343 N intake(g/d)-2.044,(r=0.9986,n=16).
