摘  要:采用标准法和快速测定法对应用新蛋白源的对虾配合饵料的水中稳定性进行了测定 ,从而初步评价配合饵料的质量。试验结果表明 ,采用两种方法测定对虾配合饵料的水中稳定性大小顺序相同。用酶解新蛋白源替代 2 / 3鱼粉的配合饵料水中稳定性最好 。Two new sources of protein were used to substitute for the animal and plant proteins in the conventional diet for prawn and its stability in water were determined with the standard procedure and a rapid procedure. The two test procedures gave similar results. The best stability was obtained when 2/3 fish meal in the primary diet formulation was replaced by an enzymolized XBD (new protein) and the poorest stability was found when the plant protein in the primary diet formulation was replaced by a fermented material.
