摘　　要：成年猪结肠按常规制备石蜡切片 ,用甲苯胺蓝改良法显示肥大细胞。结果 :粘膜型肥大细胞 (MMCs)主要分布于固有膜深层 ,不同部位结肠粘膜中 MMCs的数量存在极显著差异 (P>0 .0 1) ,结缔组织型肥大细胞 (CTMCs)主要分布于粘膜下层且不存在数量上的区域性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :猪结肠To investigate the distributing pattern of mast cells in adult porcine colon,Met hods:Samples embedded in paraplast were sectioned in thickness of 6μm .Modified totuidine blue solution was employed to develop the mast cells in colo n.Results:Most of mucosal mast cells (MMCs) were deeply scattering in lamina pro pria.Distributing pattern in number of mast cells was remarkably different among st the observed anatomical compartments(P<0.01).Whereas connective tissue mast cells (CTMCs) were mainly located in the submucosa and did not show any distribu ting differrences at the investigated segments of colon used in this experiment (P>0.05).Conclusion:The distributing pattern of mast cells in colon of pig is c haracteristic of regional heterogereity quantitatively except CTMCs.
