摘　　要：以蓖麻的根、茎、叶作外植体分别在附加不同激素的 MS培养基上进行培养 ,研究表明 :茎段 (侧芽或顶芽 )在附加 BA 0 .5 mg/L,NAA 0 .0 0 1 mg/L,水解乳蛋白 ( LH ) 1 0 mg/L和氯化胆碱( CC) 5 mg/L的 MS培养基上 ,芽的增殖率最高 ,可达 2 0 0 % 。The roots?shoots and leaves of castor plant were cultured in vitro on the MS medium with different hormone. The main results showed that:propagation of the buds were promoted most obviously when the shoots of castor plant were cultured in vitro on the MS with 0 5 mg/L of BA and 0 001 mg/L NAA and 10 mg/L LH and 5 mg/L Choline chloride.
