变应性鼻炎的皿治林治疗

摘　　要：皿治林 (咪唑斯汀 )是一新型抗组胺药 ,具有抗变态反应和抗炎症的双重作用。应用皿治林治疗季节性变应性鼻炎的鼻和眼症状有良好疗效 ,剂量为 10mg ,qd时达最大疗效 ;用药后 2h迅速起效 ,且在治疗过程中一直保持有效。应用皿治林治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的鼻和眼症状同样显示了良好的治疗作用 :治疗d1即见效 ,缓解鼻阻塞的效果优于其他抗组胺药 ,且在长期治疗过程中一直保持有效。皿治林具有良好的安全性 ,它无抗胆碱能作用 ,镇静的潜能低 ,不良反应的发生率与安慰剂相同 ,不导致心律不齐。Mizollen (mizolastine) is a new anti-allergic dru g with dual antihistaminergic and anti-inflammatory pharmacological properties. Mizollen is effective on nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis ; the efficacy is maximum for the dose of 10mg,qd,the onset of action is rapid a nd 2 hours post dose,and the efficacy is maintained throughout the treatment per iod.It shows similar effects on nasal and ocular symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis.The effect on nasal blokage is superior to that of other antihistamine s,the efficacy is also maintained throughout the long treatment duration.Mizolle n has a good safety profile:it has no anti-cholinergic effect, the potential of sedation is low, the incidence of adverse events is similar to that of the plac ebo,and it does not induce arrhythmia.
