摘  要:目的:研究病毒性心肌炎(VMC)与心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因的关系及参白口服液的防治作用。方法:给BALB/C小鼠接种嗜鼠心肌柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3m)诱发VMC,在接种后3、7、14、20、30d动态对照观察心肌细胞凋亡(电镜、TUNEL)和相关调控基因c-myc、Bcl-2蛋白的表达(免疫组化技术)情况。结果:CVB3m可引起VMC心肌细胞凋亡,c-myc、Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达支持心肌细胞凋亡情况。结论:心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因可能参与VMC的发生和发展,参白口服液有良好的防治作用。Objective:To study the relationship of viral myocarditis(VMC) with myocardial cell apoptosis and its regulatory gene,and the effect of shenbai oral liquor on VMC. Method:The viral myocarditis in BALB/C mouse was obtained by coxsackie virus B3m(CVB3m). The myocardial cell apoptosis and expressions of apoptosis regulatory gene c-myc,Bcl-2 in various stages(the days of 3,7,14,20,30) of viral infection were detected by TDT/d UTP Nick End Labeling(TUNEL) and immunohistochemical method and electron microscope. Results:CVB3m can induce myocardial cell apoptosis of VMC. Increase in genetic expression of c-myc and decrease in genetic expression of Bcl-2 in mouse myocardium support the finding of myocardial cell apoptosis. Conclusion:Myocardial cell apoptosis and its regulatory gene are partly related with development of VMC, and shenbai oral Liquor has significant functions of prevention and treatment.
