摘　　要：目的:观察马蔺子素对食管癌的放射增敏作用。方法:马蔺子素合用放疗(用药组)治疗食管癌84例,与单用放疗(对照组)治疗食管癌30例进行对照观察。结果:用药组与对照组的CR+PR率分别为88.24%和86.67%,两组比较,P>0.05;CR率分别为67.65%和40.00%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:马蔺子素具有客观的放疗增敏(增效)作用,同时不增加病人急性放射反应,耐受良好。Objective: To observe the radiao-theraputical sensitivity improving action of irisquinone on oesophagus cancer. Methods: Radio-therapy accompanied irisquinone(drug using group)treated 34 patients with oesophagus cancer,and radiao-therapy only (control group)treated 30 patients with oesophagus cancer. Results: The rate of CR&PR were 88.24% and 86.67% in drug using group and control group respectively,comparison showed that P>0.05; The rates of CR were 67.65% and 40.00% in two groups respectively, comparison showed that P<0.05. Conclusions:Irisquinone has the radio-theraputical sensitivity improvement action objectively, meanwhile it didn't increase the acute radiative reaction, and only caused mild alimentary trace reactions,such as nausea, vomit, diarrhea,which patients tolerated well.
