硝苯地平治疗高血压病动态血压观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察硝苯地平控释片治疗 , 级高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 :将 78例 , 级原发性高血压患者随机用硝苯地平控释片或安慰剂治疗观察 4周 ,进行偶测血压、 2 4小时动态血压监测及谷 /峰比值测定。结果 :硝苯地平控释片治疗后全天、白昼、夜间平均收缩压、舒张压较治疗前明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,收缩压和舒张压谷 /峰比值分别为 0 .74和0 .78与安慰剂组比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :硝苯地平控释片具有良好的抗高血压作用及耐受性 ,可作为抗高血压一线药物。Objective: It is to observe the treatment effects and safety of nifedipine GITS (NI) on ⅠtoⅡ grade hypertension. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with ⅠorⅡ grade hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with NI and the other group was treated with placebo (PL) for control for four weeks. Blood pressure, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and T/P ratio were surveyed. Results: The levels of mean SBP and DBP in all day, in day and at night were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01). The T/P ratios of SBP and DBP were 0.74 and 0.78 respectively and there was significant difference between NI group and PL group (P<0.01). Conclusion: NI is effective and well tolerated, and it can be used as the first chosen antihypertensive drug.
