摘 要:目的 :观察益肾降浊汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注致脑损伤模型中脑组织内 SOD活性和 MDA含量动态变化的影响。方法 :在造成大鼠低血压的基础上 ,进行脑缺血再灌注 ,分别于造模后第 1,7,15天断头取脑。用羟胺法测 SOD活性 ,TBA法测 MDA含量。结果 :与模型相比较 ,益肾降浊汤能明显提高脑组织内 SOD活性 ,降低 MDA含量 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;经中药治疗后 ,7天组、 15天组分别同 1天组相比 ,15天组 SOD活性提高 ,MDA含量降低更为显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :益肾降浊汤有一定的抗脑缺血再灌注致脑损伤的作用。Objective: It is to observe the effects of YiShenJiangZhuo decoction on the dynamic changes of intracerebral SOD activity and MDA content of ischemia reperfusion rats. Methods: The models of ischemia reperfusion injury were performed based on hypotension. After creating the models on the first, seventh and fifteenth days, the rats were all decapitated and extracted the brain to assay SOD activity with hydroxylamin method and MDA content with TBA method. Results: YiShenJiangZhuo decoction could significantly increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content (P<0.05) compared with model group. After the treatment of TCM, the increase of SOD activity and decrease MDA content in fifteenth day group were more significant (P<0.01) than those in seventh day group compared with first day group. Conclusion: YiShenJiangZhuo decoction has certain effects of antagonizing the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
