摘　　要：研究了高速钢成分、离心铸造工艺参数和复合变质处理对高速钢辊环性能的影响。结果表明 ,选择高V高Nb并经Y—K—Na复合变质处理的高速钢 ,在离心铸造条件下制造的辊环 ,具有成分偏析小、硬度高、硬度均匀等特点 ,用于高线预精轧机 。We research the effect of high speed steel compositions, centrifuge casting technology parameter and composite modification on the properties of high speed steel roll collar. The results obtained show that centrifuge casting high speed steel roll collar with high V、Nb and appropriate Y—K—Na with littel deviation , having high and even hardness, applied in high speed lines rolling mill, its service life is 5～8 times longer than usual alloy cast roll collar.
