针灸治疗老年前列腺增生34例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察针灸治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法 :采用针刺和艾灸相结合的方法治疗 10～ 30次。采用国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)和生活质量评估指数 (QOL) ,在治疗前后分别记录患者的IPSS及QOL。结果 :34例患者治疗前IPSS为 2 2 0± 6 9分 ,QOL为 4 5± 0 6分 ,治疗后IPSS为 9 2± 4 1分 ,QOL为 1 8± 1 1分 ,治疗前后IPSS及QOL的差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :针灸疗法能缓解前列腺增生的临床症状 。Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on senile hyperplasia of prostate.Methods Combination of acupuncture and moxibustion was used,and international prostate symptoms scale(IPSS) and life quality rating indexes (QOL) before and after treatment were recoded.Results IPSS and QOL were respectively 20 0±6 9 and 4 5±0 6 before treatment,and 9 2±4 1 and 1 8±1 1 after treatment,with significant difference (P<0 01) in IPSS and QOL before and after treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can relieve clinical symptoms and increase life quality in the patient of hyperplasia of prostate.
