摘　　要：利用可乐定透皮控释贴片 (C TTS) ,通过穴位 (膻中、心俞、厥阴俞 )皮肤贴敷吸收 ,治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者 17例。每周给药 1次 ,长效平稳降压 ,降压满意率达 94 1% ,为CPurpose To investigate therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Clonidine sticking tablet on hypertension.Methods Clonidine sticking tablet was applied to Danzhong(CV 17),Xinshu(BL 15) and Jueyinshu (BL 14) for treatment of 17 cases of mild and moderate primary hypertension,once each week.Results The therapy had long term effective and stable action of decreasing blood pressure and the satisfactory rate of decreasing blood pressure was 94.1%.Conclusion The therapy is effective for mild and moderate hypertension.
