摘　　要：目的 :观察选择周围性面神经麻痹不同时机进行针刺的疗效。方法 :将 144例周围性面神经麻痹患者按病程分为 2组 ,发病 7天以内的急性期患者为治疗组 ,发病 7天以上的静止期及恢复期患者为对照组 ,采用相同的穴位进行针刺治疗。结果 :治疗组治愈率 85 2 % ,有效率 10 0 0 % ;对照组治愈率 66 7% ,有效率 97 2 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :在周围性面神经麻痹的急性期给予面神经良性刺激 ,会大大提高治愈机率 。Purpose To observe therapeutic effects of acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis at different opportune moment.Methods One hundred and fourty four cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into two groups according to duration of illness.The patients at acute stage with duration of illness of less than 7 days were served as treatment group and the patients at resting stage and restoration stage with duration of illness of more than 7 days as control group.They were treated with acupuncture at same points.Results The cured rate was 85 2% and 66 7%,and the effective rate was 100 0% and 97 2% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,the treatment group being superior to the control group in the therapeutic effect.Conclusion Acute stage is the best opportunity for acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
