丝竹空透率谷为主治疗顽固性失眠50例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用丝竹空透率谷为主治疗顽固性失眠 50例 ,同时设常规针刺组 4 0例进行对照观察。结果治疗组有效率 98 0 % ,对照组有效率 77 5% ,经统计学处理 ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 0 1)。Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of Sizhukong(TE 23) through Shuaigu(GB 8)on refractory insomnia.Methods Fifty cases of refractory insomnia were treated mainly with Needling Sizhukong(TE 23) through Shuaigu(GB 8)and 40 cases treated with routine acupuncture therapy were used as control group.Results The effective rate was 98.0% in the treatment group and 77 5% in the control group,the treatment group being superior to the control group(P<0 01).Conclusion Sizhukong Through Shuaigu has a good result for refractory insomnia.
