电针对胆道手术中胆心反射的影响

摘　　要：为观察电针对胆道手术中胆心反射的影响 ,随机选择 4 0例施行胆道手术的患者 ,分为单纯硬膜外组 (Ⅰ组 )和电针复合硬膜外组 (Ⅱ组 )。在麻醉前、麻醉后、术中强烈刺激及术毕测定血糖和血管紧张素 (AⅡ ) ,并同时记录心率、血压。结果显示 ,Ⅱ组患者手术期循环指标稳定 ,胆心反射发生率低于Ⅰ组。因此 ,电针能维持循环功能稳定 ,有效降低胆道手术中胆心反射发生率。Purpose To observe effects of electroacupuncture on cholecardiac reflex during biliary operation.Methods Fourty cases in biliary operation were randomly divided into two groups:group Ⅰ(simple epidural block)and group Ⅱ(epidural block plus electroacupuncture).Blood sugar and angiotesion(All)were determined at four moments(before and after block,the stimulating moment and the end of operation).At the same time,heart rate and blood pressure were also measured.Results The index of circulatory system was more stable in the group Ⅱ than that in the group Ⅰ.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can inhibit cholecardiac reflex during the operation.
