清开灵对翼状胬肉组织细胞因子分泌的影响

摘　　要：为研究清开灵对翼状胬肉组织细胞因子分泌的影响 ,利用组织培养技术培养翼状胬肉组织 ,采用放射免疫检测技术和细胞生物活性法 ,测定不同浓度的清开灵对翼状胬肉组织肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF-α)和血小板源生长因子 ( PDGF)分泌水平的影响 ,结果表明翼状胬肉组织培养上清液中的 TNF-α和 PDGF含量明显高于正常球结膜组 ,加入清开灵后 ,翼状胬肉的细胞因子分泌水平明显降低 ,且呈剂量依赖效应。说明清开灵是翼状胬肉组织细胞因子异常分泌的负性调节因子 ,可在翼状胬肉的防治中发挥重要作用。To study the effects of QINGKAILING on cytokines secretion of pterygium tissue,the tissue was cultivated by the technology of tissue culture.Radioimmunoassay and bioactivity assay were used to measure the effects of different density QINGKAILING on the secrete level of tumor necrosis factor(TNR α) and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) of pterygium tissue.The results showed that the contents of TNF α and PDGF in the supernatant of pterygium cultures were markedly higher than that of the bulbar conjunctiva group.After QINGKAILING was added into pterygium cultures,cytokines secretion was obviously lower than before and showed dose dependent manner.It indicates that QINGKAILING,a cytokine with down regulation effects on secretion abnormity of pterygium can play an important role in the prevention and treatment of pterygium.\;
