螺旋CT阴茎动脉造影诊断动脉性阳痿的初步研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨螺旋CT阴茎动脉造影诊断动脉性阳痿的价值。方法　对 18例血管性阳痿患者行螺旋CT容积扫描 ,图像经后处理获得阴部动脉立体图像。结果　①螺旋CT阴茎动脉成像可以清晰显示髂内动脉、阴部内动脉、阴茎海绵体动脉的分支、走行。② 6例动脉性阳痿者 ,阴茎动脉成像可见病变位于阴部内动脉 3例 ,阴茎海绵体动脉 3例 ;表现为该处动脉显影不好 ,血供差。结论　螺旋CT阴茎动脉造影是动脉性阳痿的一种新的无创伤检查方法 ,可作为选择性动脉造影的筛选或替代方法。Objective To discuss diagnostic value of arterial erectile dysfunction with spiral CT angiography(SCTA) of penis artery. Methods The 18 cases of erectile dysfunction of blood vessel were examined by penis artery of SCTA. Three dimensional imaging of pudendal artery were obtained after its primary images being processed. Results ①The ilica internal artery and internal pudendal artery and cavernosus artery of penis were showed on the SCTA images of penis artery. ②For 6 cases of arterial erectile dysfunction, the 3 cases were located in internal pudendal artery and the 3 cases were located in cavernosus artery of penis on the CT penis angiography images. Conclusion The spiral CT penis angiography is a new method of no injury. Its can possily relace DSA and becomes the initial modality of choice in arterial erectile dysfunction.
