三尖瓣乳头肌移植的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察犬的三尖瓣乳头肌断裂后原位修复或异位修复后的组织愈合情况和功能状态 ,为临床工作提供实验依据。　方法　将 12条杂交犬随机等分为 4组 ,A组 :前乳头肌原位移植 ;B组 :前乳头肌异位移植 ;C组 :后乳头肌原位移植 ;D组 :后乳头肌异位移植。分别于术前、术后、术后 4周观察心脏瓣膜关闭情况 ,测量血流动力学指标并观察术后 4周乳头肌的组织学变化。　结果　 4组犬术后血流动力学稳定 ,乳头肌原位或异位修复后组织愈合及瓣膜关闭良好。　结论　乳头肌离断后无论原位或异位移植均能良好愈合 。Objective To observe tissue healing and function of ruptured tricuspid valve papillary muscles after repaired to original place or to another place and provide experiment basis for clinical work. Methods Twelve mongrel dogs were randomly divided into four groups, group A: anterior papillary muscle was sutured to original place, group B: anterior papillary muscle was sutured to another place, group C: posterior papillary muscle was sutured to original place, group D: posterior papillary muscle was sutured to another place.Closure of tricuspid valve was observed before and after the operation and four weeks after the operation. The indices of hemodynamics were measured and histological changes were also observed in four weeks after the operation. Results The four groups indices of hemodynamics were stable and tissue healing and closure of tricuspid valve were very good. Conclusion The reconstruction of papillary muscles all can be well healing after severed of papillary muscles. The function is good after it have been repaired.
