摘　　要：为探讨慢性缺氧对Q -Td各指标的影响 ,对慢性高原性心脏病 (Chronichigh-altitudeheartdiseaseCHAHD)患者 1 1 3例的Q -Td进行了统计分析 ,并以 1 50例高原健康人作为对照组。两组及CHAHD组汉藏族之间进行比较 ,统计两组合并其它疾病和心律失常的检出率。结果 :CHAHD组Q -Td各指标均显著长于高原健康人组 (P均 <0 0 1 ) ,CHAHD组汉藏之间Q -Td各指标差异均无显著性 (P均 >0 0 5) ,CHAHD组合并各种其它疾病总的检出率和各种心律失常总的检出率均较高 ,分别有 6 8例 ( 6 0 1 8% )和 56例( 4 9 56 % ) ,异位搏动心律失常共 1 8例( 1 5 93 % )。室早 ,结早 ,房早 ,房颤 ,房扑 ,房速均有发生。结论 :CHAHD组由于慢性缺氧对心肌的损害 ,使心肌存在着复极不均一性和心电不稳定性 ,产生各种心律失常 ,导致Q-Td值增大。因此 ,QObjective:To study the effect that chronic oxygen-lack does on every Q-Td targets.Methods:We have analyzed 113 CHAHD (chronic high-altitude heart disease)patients'Q-Td,and used a group of 150 healthy high-altitude people as the contrastive group.In these two groups and the CHAHD group,comparison was done between Han nationality and Tibetan;and when these two groups combined,the inspective rate of other kinds of diseases and arrhythmia are counted.Result:Every Q-Td targets of the CHAHD group ane remarkably larger than those of the healthy high-altiude people's group(P<0.01).Every Q-Td targets of the CHAHD groups are combined,the total inspective rate of all other kinds of diseases and that of all arrhythmia are both high,which are 68 cases (60.18%)and 56 cases (49.56%),and also 18 cases (15.93%)of heterogenetic arrhythmia,ventricular premature beats,nodal premature beats,auricular premarure beats, atrial fibrillalion,atrial flutter and auricular lachycardia have also happened.Conclusion: In the CHAHD group,because of the injury which chronic oxygen-lack has done to myocardium,the inequality of repolarization and the instability of electrocardiogram exist in the myocardium and produce all kinds of arrhythmia leading to a bigger value of Q-Td.Therefore,the changes of every Q-Td targets could be used as a target to understand the degree of chronic oxygen-lack myocardial injury.
