摘　　要：论述了铜 -硒钢铁常温发黑剂在推广应用中出现的问题 ,研究了对策 ,研制了HD钢铁常温发黑剂和新型防锈钝化水 ,取得良好效果。Problems occurring in the course of popularizing the nor ma l temperature blackening agent for iron and steel use and counter measures are d iscussed.
